1	Demonstrates SOP/Policy Knowledge and Adherence		ZJX General SOP Course		Completed the Jacksonville ARTCC General SOP Course and has a basic working knowledge of its contents as found in all General SOP Documents.
2	Selects appropriate frequency for position	VRC/vSTARS/vERAM	Controller Clients		Can connect using an approved ATC client on an active or sweatbox position and setup primary frequency and voice requirements.
3	Controller ATIS IAW SOP		Controller Client		Can connect using vATIS client on an active or sweatbox session and proper select the appropriate position with its appropriate runways.
4	Possesses basic airport information for positioning		S1 Training/Class Charlie Operations- KJAX JAX SOP		Provides working knowledge of local airspace.
5	Understand basic METAR information	1.3	S1 Training/General Clearance Delivery/Ground	2-6	Can fully decode a METAR including station identification, time observation was made, wind (including variable, gusts) altimeter setting, temperature and dewpoint. (and explains relationship), identified cloud types and when a ceiling is present and common local visibility obscuring phenomena such as rain, mist fog, etc.
6	Position Relief Briefing IAW SOP	ATC Basic 1.5	General Control Policy Chapter 4		Properly briefs relieving controller on necessary information
7	Exhibits Basic Airspace Knowledge	1.4	S1 Training/Class D,ClassC	2-4-22	Demonstrates knowledge of class G, E, D, C, B, A and TRSA airspace and airspace dimensions.
